About Thrivinity

Where honoring your true self becomes the pathway to discovering your purpose.

Thrivinity

Return inward. Remember yourself. Live from your truth.

Return inward. Remember yourself. Live from your truth.

Thrivinity is a purpose-awakening community and life purpose school that helps people reconnect with who they truly are, why they’re here, and how to live with clarity, courage, and meaning. We blend contemplative wisdom, neuroscience-informed coaching, and grounded spiritual practice to help people create lives that feel aligned from the inside out.

Our Philosophy

Three truths shape everything we do:

  • You are already wired for purpose. Your life is not random. There is a design, a direction, and a deeper intelligence at work within you.
  • Transformation happens from the inside out. Real change is not about forcing behavior—it’s about awakening identity.
  • Spirituality should feel like real life. Not lofty. Not performative. Not disconnected. Just honest, grounded, and human.
Pathways to Purpose

Thrivinity offers pathways for people who are ready to live with clarity and intention:

  • The Life Purpose School — A guided journey to uncover your purpose, align your life with it, and live from your deepest truth.
  • Contemplative Circles — A weekly spiritual practice community for people who want to grow in presence, compassion, and inner wisdom.
  • 1:1 Spiritual Direction & Purpose Coaching — Personalized guidance for navigating transitions, healing old patterns, and stepping into a more authentic life.
  • Workshops & Retreats — Immersive experiences that help people reset, reconnect, and reorient toward what matters.

Everything we offer is designed to help people live with clarity, courage, and spiritual groundedness.

Meet the founder

A trusted companion on the journey back to who you were made to be.

Dr. Bradley Davidson

Founder, Thrivinity

Dr. Bradley Davidson is a spiritual director, life‑purpose coach, and founder of Thrivinity, a movement rooted in the conviction that every human being carries a sacred, unique, and life-giving purpose. As a gay man formed by contemplative Christian spirituality, Bradley embodies a truth often hidden or denied: that it is not only possible to be both queer and deeply Christian — it is holy, whole, and profoundly life‑giving.

Bradley’s work is shaped by his own journey of reclaiming spiritual belonging and clarity of purpose after seasons of marginalization and silence. Because of this, he is especially committed to creating spaces where LGBTQ people, spiritual exiles, and anyone who has been told they must choose between their identity and their faith can finally breathe again. His approach is grounded in radical welcome, contemplative presence, and the belief that The Holy One (his name for the Divine) meets us with great joy when we show up as our full selves.

With more than two decades of experience as a leader, educator, spiritual companion, and coach, Bradley integrates evidence‑based psychology with the contemplative Christian tradition to guide individuals toward celebration of their full selves and authentic transformation. His work centers on awakening purpose as a lived reality — helping people align their inner life with their outer passion in life, cultivate integrity and clarity, and rediscover the sacredness woven into their own story.

Bradley’s calling is simple and profound: to help people remember who they are, why they’re here, and how their lives can become instruments of healing, justice, and joy in a world that desperately needs all three.

Credentials & Professional Foundations

Bradley’s work is grounded in a deep and diverse foundation of academic study, professional training, and integrative disciplines. His formal education spans the fields most essential to human transformation: leadership, psychology, human development, and spiritual formation. He holds a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies, a Master of Science in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management. He also earned a Graduate Certificate in Professional & Executive Coaching at The University of Texas at Dallas as well as Certification in Spiritual Direction from Southern Methodist University’s Perkins School of Theology.

Across more than twenty years, Bradley has pursued extensive training in modalities that support whole‑person growth. His credentials include certifications in professional coaching from the International Coaching Federation, along with advanced preparation in conflict management, team performance, narrative coaching, mentor coaching, and spiritual direction supervision. He is a certified practitioner of the Hogan Assessment, Myers‑Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), EQ‑i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence Assessment, and several other evidence‑based tools used in leadership and personal development.

This breadth of preparation allows Bradley to meet each person with a rare combination of intellectual rigor, spiritual depth, and embodied wisdom. Whether he is working with an executive navigating complexity, a queer seeker reclaiming their spiritual home, or anyone who has been told they must shrink to be accepted, he brings a multidimensional toolkit grounded in compassion, clarity, and a profound respect for the sacredness of human growth.

Frequently Asked Questions

What people want to know about Thrivinity.

What is Thrivinity, in the simplest terms?2026-05-17T16:52:04+00:00

Thrivinity is a safe and supportive online community offering guided programs that help you honor your inner wisdom and uncover your sacred life purpose.

The programs are spiritually grounded, neuroscience‑informed approaches that help you return to your true self hidden beneath the identities you’ve shaped to navigate exclusion, judgment, or marginalization. Through a process of looking inward, reflecting, and engaging in contemplative practices, Thrivinity helps you reconnect with your inner wisdom, discern your purpose, and live from a place of deep integrity.

How does Thrivinity help me find my purpose?2026-05-17T16:52:31+00:00

Your purpose isn’t something you “figure out.” It’s something you uncover. Thrivinity offers structured yet spacious pathways that help you:

• quiet the noise so you can hear your own inner voice
• understand the deeper patterns shaping your life
• reconnect with your natural gifts, desires, and values
• integrate spiritual insight with evidence‑based coaching and spiritual companionship
• translate clarity into grounded, meaningful action

Purpose emerges when your inner truth, your lived experience, and your future direction come into alignment. Thrivinity guides you through that process with care, depth, and presence.

What makes Thrivinity different from other personal‑growth or spiritual programs?2026-05-17T16:52:59+00:00

Most programs focus on either mindset, spirituality, or behavior change. Thrivinity integrates all three—plus identity clarification—into one cohesive approach. It is:

• contemplative, not performative
• spiritually grounded, not religious or dogmatic
• neuroscience‑informed, not trend‑driven
• relational and attuned, not formulaic
• focused on real‑life integration, not abstract inspiration

Thrivinity isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering who you truly are.

Who is Thrivinity for—and who is it not for?2026-05-17T16:53:27+00:00

Thrivinity is for people who feel the quiet ache of misalignment—those who sense there is a deeper, truer life purpose waiting to be lived. It’s for seekers, creatives, helpers, leaders, and anyone who longs for clarity of purpose, meaning, and inner coherence. It’s especially supportive for those who feel unseen, marginalized, spiritually untethered, or in a season of transition.

Thrivinity is not for people looking for quick fixes, high‑pressure productivity, or surface‑level motivation. It is not a substitute for therapy, crisis care, or medical treatment. It is a space for gaining inner insight, spiritual grounding, and purpose awakening.

Is Thrivinity a safe and affirming space for LGBTQ people?2026-05-17T16:53:51+00:00

Yes. Thrivinity is a place where LGBTQ people and all people who have felt marginalized can remember who they are—before the world told them who they should be. Many LGBTQ folks carry the weight of spiritual harm, identity confusion, or the quiet belief that something about them needs to be justified or explained. Thrivinity offers the opposite: a space where your identity is honored as a source of wisdom, resilience, and sacred truth. Here, you are invited to return to your own inner knowing, to reclaim the parts of yourself that were silenced, and to live from the wholeness that has always been yours. This is a place of belonging, not scrutiny; remembrance, not repair.

Do I need to be Christian to be part of Thrivinity?2026-05-17T16:54:22+00:00

No. Thrivinity is rooted in a contemplative Christian lineage because that is the stream that shaped its founder—but it is not a Christian‑only space. People from many spiritual backgrounds (and people who aren’t sure what they believe) will feel at home here because the work is grounded in universal human experiences: meaning, purpose, inner wisdom, and the sacredness of life. You are welcome to bring your own language for the Holy, or none at all. Thrivinity honors the sacred voice within you and does not prescribe a belief system.

What’s the best way to get started?2026-05-17T16:54:46+00:00

Thrivinity offers several pathways. Begin with the pathway or step that feels most comfortable and appropriate to you. Most people start by exploring the Start Here page, taking a short reflection, or scheduling an introductory session to get a feel for the work. You can also join a Contemplative Circle or begin with a self‑paced resource if you prefer to ease in gently. Wherever you begin, you’ll be met with clarity, spaciousness, and support.

If this speaks to you, the next step toward your life purpose is waiting.
